Words of Wisdom
Like its own bureaucaratic fortune cookie, the Palau National
Treasury gets three lines of space on every government pay stub in which to convey
important messages of interest. It seems unfair that the rest of the world doesn't
receive these enlightening and edifying nuggets of information and advice. So it is
my pleasure each fortnight to share with you the National Treasury's words of wisdom.
